Chakra Prince Albert - The chakras are centers of metaphysical or biophysical energy in the human body, this is based on the Hindu tradition. 7 central chakras are in the body, but many consider that there are additionally lesser chakras positioned inside the body. Some modern believers have drawn parallels between the main organs of the endocrine system and the chakra system.

A collection of lotus flowers ascending the spine to the crown of the head signify the seven major chakras. Each chakra has a component, plus a related colour plus mine of energy and each lotus has a selected amount of petals. As the chakras advance from the bottom to the highest, they govern increasingly spiritual functions. As an individual becomes extra spiritually conscious, they get in contact with the upper chakras one by one. The bottom chakra connects with probably the most primary physical concerns, while the highest represents enlightenment.

At the foot of the spinal column is the Root Chakra. It is thought that it represents survival, primary instincts, and feelings of security. The root chakra is associated with the element of earth and the colour red. It's visualized to be a 4 petal lotus.

On the pelvis locates the Sacral Chakra. It is associated with creativity, feelings and sexual power. This chakra is associated with the element water and the colour orange and is symbolized by a six petal lotus flower.

The Solar Plexus chakra is positioned in the region where the thorax and the abdomen meet up. It governs mental function, energy and digestion. The solar plexus chakra colour is yellow and its' element is fire. It's symbolized by a ten petal lotus.

The Heart Chakra is claimed to control sympathy and love and is related to the chest region incorporating the lungs. The heart chakra is said to the colour green and the element of air. Its lotus has 12 petals.

interaction, Self-expression, progress are all connected to the Throat Chakra. It's typified by a 16 petal lotus and is associated with the component of sound or existence and the colour blue.

Another name for the Brow Chakra is the third eye. It governs perception and instinct and it represented by a 2 petal lotus. Its colour is indigo and it is connected to the element of light or time.

The Crown Chakra is considered to signify the head of religious consciousness or to be the connection to the divine. Represented as a violet or white lotus with a thousand petals, its associated component is space or thought.
